1. About this policy
This policy applies to the PGxAI Andromeda service (the "Service"): the Andromeda MCP server at app.pgx.ai and the plugins, connectors and apps that connect AI assistants to it, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Antigravity, Cursor, Codex, Grok and other MCP-compatible assistants.
PGxAI Andromeda is operated by PGxAI Inc. ("PGxAI," "we," or "us"). This policy covers information processed through the Service and its embedded interface. Other PGxAI services and general website browsing have separate privacy notices. For Andromeda plugin requests, this policy governs the processing described here.
2. Information used by Andromeda
The reference tool receives the lookup inputs sent to PGxAI through your AI assistant: drug names or RxNorm identifiers, general condition names and, when requested, gene symbols with an explicitly supplied interpreted genotype or metabolizer phenotype. These inputs are used to retrieve published reference information and return results and any available source links to your AI assistant.
Use general or fictional reference examples. Lookup inputs can reveal health or genetic information if they describe a real person, even without a name. Do not submit names or other identifying information, personal health records or personal genetic test results. Raw sequencing files, VCF files and rsID data are not accepted by this reference tool.
If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. Please avoid including sensitive information.
3. How information is used and shared
We process lookup inputs to complete the requested reference lookup and return the result to your AI assistant. For plugin lookup requests, network and connection information, such as an IP address and standard request headers, is processed transiently as needed to deliver the request. We do not keep lookup request or diagnostic logs.
Lookup requests are processed by PGxAI. PGxAI does not forward the submitted lookup inputs to external reference, analytics or AI services. Results are returned to your AI assistant so they can be displayed in your conversation. Your AI assistant provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) processes your conversation under its own terms and privacy policy; the Service receives only the drug, gene and condition names the assistant sends to the tool.
4. External websites and support
When you open a linked source, that website receives information associated with your visit under its own privacy policy. Opening a link is separate from PGxAI performing a lookup.
Support correspondence is handled by authorized PGxAI personnel and the business email or support providers used to deliver and manage it. We use that correspondence to respond to you. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.
5. Retention
PGxAI processes lookup inputs and results for the duration of the request and does not retain them after the response is delivered. They are not saved in a server-side lookup history, database or cache. Request and diagnostic logs are not retained.
If you email support, that correspondence is separate from a lookup. Under PGxAI's existing support-record schedule, support correspondence is retained for up to three years, unless deleted earlier or longer retention is required by law. Backups are purged within 30 days of primary deletion.
Your AI assistant may retain your conversation and plugin results according to its provider's policies and your account settings. PGxAI's non-retention of lookup data does not delete your conversation in your AI assistant.
6. Your choices and requests
You can stop using Andromeda and disconnect it in your AI assistant to prevent new plugin requests. Disconnecting does not by itself delete information already retained by PGxAI or your AI assistant provider. You can manage information held by your AI assistant through its provider's privacy controls.
Contact admin@pgx.ai to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need limited information to verify your request. You may also complain to the relevant privacy authority. PGxAI has no retained lookup history to retrieve or delete.
7. Security and updates
Lookup requests use HTTPS. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed; no service can guarantee complete security. We will update this page when Andromeda's data practices change and provide additional notice where required. Privacy questions: admin@pgx.ai.
